The Irish Sea

In the east Irish Sea there is a Round 1 sight off the coast of Walney Island, that has been operational since 2006, comprising of 30 wind turbines.

Within this region there is a further five Round 1 wind farm leases, four Round 2 wind farm leases and one Round 3 Zone (south of the Isle of Man).
